Job Description-
1) Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales, preference from shipping & logistics
2) Achieving sales targets
3) Maintaining relationship with customers
4) Resolve any arising problems or complaints
5) Ensuring customer satisfaction
6) Inform customers on changes in different topic such as: rates, schedule, new
shipping methods, etc.
7) Selling value added service to the customer
8) Monitor customer performance.
9) Build understanding of all service offerings to be able to offer integrated solutions.
10) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
11) Willingness to travel domestically to meet clients when needed
12) Making sure that target will get achieved by my team every month.
13) Managing key accounts / Screening of lost/new customers.
14) Meeting customers with the sales team and alone.
15) Freight quotation to the customer and internal replies.
