Shift Time: 01:30 pm to 10:30 pm IST during summer and 02:30 pm to 11:30 pm IST during winter
Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday) during probation and after 5.5 days
Key Responsibilities:
· Bookkeeping, daily recording of purchase invoices on Accounting Software
· Bank and Card Reconciliation
· Square off payables with payments
· Update the PO tracker and send PO approval mails to department heads
· Vendor balance reconciliation and cross-check TDS certificates against vendor payments to ensure accuracy
· Prepare and file GST returns, refunds and TDS returns
· Assist in payroll management including looking after compliance i.e. PF and ESI
· Efficiently file papers and documents ensuring an organized and easily accessible system of records
· Provide assistance to Finance Manager with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
Requirements:
· Graduation degree in the field of commerce
· Working knowledge of Xero software will be a plus
· Knowledge of GST and TDS filing
· Minimum one year experience with Indian Accounts and open to work in foreign accounting
· Attention to detail and problem solving abilities
· Good Communication Skills
· Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google Workspace

Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our QA team. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality SaaS products by conducting rigorous testing and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities :-
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior QA engineers to understand product requirements and create detailed test plans and cases.
Perform manual testing of web and mobile SaaS applications to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
Execute test scripts and participate in test reviews to ensure all features meet quality standards.
Contribute to the design and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
Assist in regression testing during software releases.
Stay updated on the latest testing tools and techniques to improve the quality assurance process.
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
Knowledge of manual testing techniques.
Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus.
Understanding of Agile development processes is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
