Job Summary:
The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of preparing,
submitting, and tracking tenders for pharmaceutical disinfectant products. This position
requires a detail-oriented individual with knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, a solid
understanding of tender documentation, and strong communication skills to liaise with
various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Tender Preparation:
Identify and monitor relevant tenders for pharmaceutical disinfectant products
through GEM and other platforms.
Prepare and submit tenders through the GEM portal, ensuring compliance
with government-specific guidelines and formats.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, and production) to
gather necessary documents and information for tender submissions.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals in response to tender invitations,
ensuring compliance with all requirements.
Ensure timely submission of tenders, adhering to deadlines and guidelines.
Tender Documentation & Compliance:
Review and analyze tender documents, ensuring all requirements are
understood and met.
Ensure that all legal, regulatory, and compliance aspects of the tender are
adhered to.
Maintain an up-to-date library of tender documents, templates, and
submissions.
Bid Management:
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to develop competitive and
strategic bids.
Address any questions or clarifications from the client or tendering authority.
Prepare detailed price quotes and negotiate terms where necessary, in line
with company policies.
Stakeholder Communication:
Liaise with clients, government authorities, distributors, and internal teams
regarding tender-related inquiries and updates.
Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that product
availability aligns with the tender requirements.
Tender Follow-Up & Reporting:
Track tender submissions and follow up with clients for feedback or award
status.
Maintain a database of tender submissions and outcomes.
Provide regular reports on tender progress to management.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
Gather intelligence on new and upcoming tenders within the pharmaceutical
disinfectant market.
Documentation & Record Keeping:
Ensure proper filing and archiving of all tender documents for future
reference.
Maintain accurate records of communications, submissions, and responses
related to tenders.
4. Candidate Profile:
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the
pharmaceutical, healthcare, or disinfectant industry.
Educational Qualifications:
B.SC, Pharma, Degree in pharmacy
5. Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work
under tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant
software tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Requirements:
Understanding how to use search filters, view tender details, and access
documents on GEM.
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare disinfectant product industry
is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Being Automation Engineer, you will beresponsible to–
01. To write the complete program of Industrial Controller like (PLC, HMI, Servo, SCADA, VFD, Control Panel and other controllers).

Job Description
Requirements:
* Good knowledge in Windows System Administration, installation, configuration, tune, maintain
and monitor windows servers (2003, 2008 / R2, 2012 / R2, 2016, 2019)
* Knowledge in Linux & Mac operating systems
* Good Knowledge of Microsoft 365
* Provide and manage Windows server administration, within an AD environment. Good
knowledge of Active Directory, AD components, AD Roles & Functions. Hands on experience
of applying Group Policies
* Good knowledge in different server roles (Web Servers (IIS), DHCP servers, DNS, Remote
Desktop services, FSMO, SCCM, SMTP)
* Work experience in client-side operating systems – Win7, Win8, Win10 is must
* Product installation, Upgrades and Patch Management
* Strong fundamentals in networking, IT infrastructure and related technologies
* Hands on experiencing in Networking, Routing and or Switching
* Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting and
problem resolution
* Good knowledge about different VPN technologies
* Knowledge about TCP/IP, DNS, Proxy servers
* Basic understanding of IPTables, TLS, SSL
* Knowledge about security software such as DLP, firewalls (End point security are add-on)
* Good Communication skills
Responsibility:
* Providing customer delight
* Offering excellent technical support experience to customers
* Good listener to customer, provide on time deliveries.
* Attending tickets and emails (Proactively involvement in escalations and make sure customer
commitments are met)
* Make sure support deliveries are under defined TATs and SLAs
* Involve appropriate authorities when escalations are required·
* Coordinate with Sr. System Administrators, SME (Subject Matter Expertise)
* Cross-functional team discussions (QA – Quality Analysts, Security Analysts, Development
team) – Ontime internal escalations
* Adapt and implement new technologies related to Zero trust network & Virtualization verticals
* Implementation and Configuration of Products on Cloud Technologies and On-prem
virtualization environment
* Provide solution documents, KB articles, Incident/Preliminary analysis Document & RCAs
* Reproduce customer issues and if required, analyze the root cause; check and verify any viable
solutions available other than development – such as creating scripts, simple solutions etc…
