Job Description:
1. Design and Development of complete product life cycle: Concept, Design, Simulation, Component
selection, prototyping, validation, improvements, production and troubleshooting.
2. Extensive knowledge of Lithium-Ion cells/batteries, chemistries, Applications, EV & Solar battery
business needs, BMS configurations, etc.
3. Design battery packs using CAD software’s like Solidworks, taking into account electrical,
mechanical, and thermal requirements including hardware & software.
4. Research and development of new Battery management systems with smart communication
protocols to communicate effectively. Knowledge in all types of Communication circuit design like,
CAN, MODBUS, USB, GPRS/GSM, WIFI, NFC, BLE etc.,
5. Maintaining thorough documentation of the design process
6. Examines product requirements, restrictions, intellectual property opportunities and constraints,
technical specifications, and other conditions relevant to developing a new concept or product.
7. Participate in departmental strategic planning.
8. Assist technically both internal and external customers.
9. Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers.
10. Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations.
11. Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment.
12. Expertise in Testing & Quality – enabling & maintaining Highest Standards of Product & Process
Quality for the company.
13. A strong knowledge of the health and safety challenges around the battery build and battery
testing.
14. Knowledge of vehicle specification and architecture which helps in optimization of battery packs.

BMS function and software.
Component level Testing.
Battery child part Testing.
Good knowledge of Ion energy BMS
Expert in Testing & Troubleshooting
Active and passive balancing
Good knowledge of Cylindrical and prismatic
cell
Cell Testing.
SMT PCB card level testing
Basic knowledge of SAP, Tally
Documentation
Skills in Pareto Charts, seven QC tools, FTY
cell testing
Firmware Logics
Battery pack design
Design Validation Plan
