Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our social media platforms, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement.
The ideal candidate will need to have a proven track record in social media management.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
– Plan and execute campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement.
– Distribute Magnate & our Partner Brand content on social media – Instagram, Linkdin and engage constantly with relevant audience.
– Create, curate, and manage content (images, videos, and written) for all platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked-in).
– Ensure all content is on-brand and optimized for each platform.
– Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.) using analytics tools.
– Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
– Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools.
– Identify opportunities to leverage new features and platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.
– Proficient in social media tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
– Strong content creation skills (including graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite).
– Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
– Knowledge of digital marketing trends is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
– Develop creative and visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, logos, and other branding materials
– Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute design projects aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
– Work on Magnate Branding & creatives for Magnate Partner Brands (event invites etc)
– Transform ideas into engaging graphics that communicate messages effectively.
– Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant software.
– Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
– Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices to enhance creative output continually.
– Revise designs based on team or client feedback while maintaining brand integrity.
Skills and Qualifications
– Education: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
– Experience: 2+ years in graphic design, preferably in an agency or in-house design team.
Technical Skills:
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
– Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
– Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
– Creativity: Strong ability to think creatively and produce fresh, unique designs.
– Attention to Detail: High level of precision in design and layout execution.
