Roles & Responsibility:-
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
o Proven working experience as a business development manager, senior sales executive or a relevant role with evident track record and result oriented
approach
o Have a comprehensive understanding of B2B sales processes, Presales, Sales, Closure Sales, Selling techniques etc.
o Ability to build rapport, ace time management and planning skills.
o Candidates in constant liaison and engagements with large IT companies and corporates would be preferred.
o Develop sales growth strategies, focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
o Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
o Arrange and handle business meetings with prospective clients
o Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
o Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
o Should have prior experience in handling a team. Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople to Provide support and guidance to the sales team in meeting their objectives
o Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart, and overachieving Engineer with proven experience and a passion for selling technology solutions to the potential customers. You will be responsible for selling the technology-based projects into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success. Being into Business Development (Automation Engineer), you will be responsible to –
1. Create and deliver powerful presentations and arrange demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
2. Identifies the current and future customer project requirements by establishing personal rapport with each of them.
3. Provides product, service, or equipment while analysing the technical requirements in detail.
4. Prepares cost estimates by studying Product, service and Equipments required in it. In support of the Engineering team.
5. Submit proposals and gain order orders by conferring with technical support.
6. Prepares Business reports by collecting, analysing sales information.
7. Maintains professional and technical knowledge of Projects that we deal with.
8. Arrange all dispatched schedules as per material available.
9. Meet the customers on field on a regular basis.
10. Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
11. Respond quickly to customer calls.
Requirements and skills
1. Proven work experience as a Sales / Marketing / Business Development in Engineering.
2. Proven track record of selling complex enterprise solutions.
3. Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with team members.
4. Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to- understand manner.
5. Solid technical background about technologies that we deal with.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Good prioritizing and planning skills.
8. Willingness to travel
Qualification:
1. Graduates / Diploma from BE(E&TC, Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical) with recognised universities.
2. Knowledge and Skills: Excellent knowledge about technology and deep understanding level about project requirements.
3. 1 Year and above work experience with any recommended Organisation.
