An event operations executive is responsible for planning, executing, and managing the logistics of events. Their duties include:
Planning
Creating event programs, developing logistics and transportation plans, and managing the event calendar 
 
Execution
Overseeing the site set-up and tear-down, managing registration, and ensuring events comply with safety regulations 
 
Managing
Coordinating with vendors, managing participant inquiries, and managing the event staff 
 
Reporting
Preparing incident summary reports and escalating security threats to management 
 
Improving
Creating feedback forms and training team members to improve event standards 
 
Other responsibilities may include:
Developing accommodation plans for participants
Managing immigration processes
Managing volunteer activities
Communicating with authors and speakers
Creating a running order for speakers, chairperson, and staff
Running speaker rehearsals
Managing the event app
Ordering and maintaining event materials inventory
Assisting with branding 
 
Event operations executives often work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. They may also need to be comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Job Responsibilities
 Coordinate and plan production priorities, work flows and schedule.
 Ensuring that production is on schedule and high quality output is delivered on
time per deadlines.
 Ensure that all equipment, materials and supplies are readily and continuously
available to carry out production processes timely.
 Documenting and implementing work instructions and procedures.
 Ensure safety measures and procedures are followed to reduce unexpected
incidents and hazards.
 Analyse overall budget and implement cost optimization initiatives.
 Manage performance reviews for employees.
 Address employee concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
 Procuring and monitoring the efficiency of production equipment.
 Resolving labour disputes, where requested.
Skills Required
 Strong experience in Pharma Process Fabrications/Manufacturing Industries
Must be from fabrication industries of pharma process Equipment
 Strong knowledge of glass, metals, and electricals. A background in Mechanical,
 Excellent knowledge of quality assurance and control
 Ability to liaison with government offices and authorities, if required.
 Strong communication and administrative skills.
 Willingness to travel in India and abroad (must have a valid passport).

1. Calendar management:
Scheduling appointments, court appearances and meetings with clients and taking notes during meetings to ensure effective follow-up with clients or other parties involved in legal proceedings.
2. Contact management on Outlook and Internal Systems:
Maintaining a distinct repository of contact information of clients and other parties.
3. Travel management:
Arranging travel bookings such as visas, flights, hotel reservations, and rental cars for Practitioners and other clients involved.
4. Vendor Management:
Coordinate and oversee vendor relationships, ensuring seamless communication, contract negotiation, and compliance to optimize organizational operations.
5. Dictation and Word processing:
Taking notes and making documents on MS Word. Formatting documents as per Firm protocols
6. Creating PDF binders:
Merging multiple documents into one PDF document
7. Checking conflicts in mandates:
Checking and circulating conflicts arising in mandates
8. Timesheet Entries:
Filling up timesheets of the reporting Partner and getting timesheets filled by the practitioners in their department. Generate daily and weekly timesheet report and circulate it to Partners and Management.
9. Assistance with Firm events:
Managing logistics and material for events organised by the firm.
10. Personal assistance:
Any miscellaneous activity assigned by any Partner.
