Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Chillers and Heat Pumps industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, a deep understanding of HVAC systems, and a proven track record of driving sales growth. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with our Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of our organization.
Job Descriptions:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
·         Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans for the HVAC Chillers and Heat Pumps sector.
·         Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set sales targets and objectives for the team.
Customer Engagement:
·         Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
·         Identify and target potential new customers in the HVAC industry.
·         Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
Product Knowledge:
·         Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in HVAC Chillers and Heat Pumps technology.
·         Provide technical expertise to customers and address their inquiries and concerns effectively.
Sales Support:
·         Work closely with the Sales Manager to prepare sales proposals and quotations.
·         Assist in the negotiation and closure of sales deals.
·         Coordinate with internal departments such as engineering and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
Market Analysis:
·         Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
·         Analyse sales data and prepare reports to track performance and make data-driven recommendations.
Team Collaboration:
·         Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective sales goals.
·         Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff.
Requirements:
Ø  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Ø  Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including chillers and heating pumps.
Ø  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ø  Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Ø  Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ø  Willingness to travel as required.

This role will also provide marketing support to company units across Europe, the Americas, and India, ensuring that all regions are aligned with global marketing strategies and initiatives. Based in Gurgaon, India, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating with international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HubSpot Management:
    • Oversee and maintain the HubSpot CRM, ensuring all customer and lead data is up-to-date and properly segmented.
    • Develop, execute, and optimize HubSpot campaigns for lead nurturing and email marketing across multiple regions.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams in Europe, the Americas, and India to create workflows, automation, and integrations for enhanced efficiency.
    • Generate regular reports on lead status, marketing campaign performance, and CRM activity for global teams.
  2. Social Media Management:
    • Create and implement social media strategies tailored to regional audiences across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
    • Develop and schedule engaging content aligned with global and regional brand messaging and marketing goals.
    • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics across regions to inform future content and strategies.
    • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster an online community around the brand on a global scale.
  3. Sales Documentation:
    • Develop and maintain a repository of up-to-date sales materials, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and FAQs, accessible to global teams.
    • Ensure consistency in messaging and brand tone across all sales documentation used by units in Europe, the Americas, and India.
    • Collaborate with sales and product teams in various regions to update documents based on new offerings, customer feedback, and market trends.
  4. Trade Show and Event Coordination:
    • Plan and execute trade show participation globally, from booking spaces and coordinating logistics to managing event promotions.
    • Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams across multiple regions for booth setup, collateral, and branding requirements.
    • Track event ROI by measuring lead generation and sales opportunities gained through trade shows in different regions.
    • Manage event follow-up through HubSpot and other CRM tools, supporting multiple locations.
  5. Global Marketing Support:
    • Provide ongoing marketing support to regional units in Europe, the Americas, and India, ensuring alignment with the company’s global marketing strategy.
    • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to localize campaigns, ensuring they are culturally relevant and effective.
    • Serve as the point of contact for marketing initiatives that span multiple regions, ensuring clear communication and consistent execution across all locations.

Looking for CNC programmer profile for Patancheru location

–          Minimum First class Pass in Diploma Mechanical Engineering/ B Tech ( First attempt is preferred)

–          Should have Min 3 years’ experience in CNC Production out of which Min 2 year experience as a  CNC Turning Programmer either in Fanauc Series or Seimens

–          Basic Knowledge in Auto cad drawing ,should be able to Read and Draw Mechanical Components drawings

–          Programming Skills required in Fanauc series /Seimens Series ( Preferably both )

–          Tooling knowledge is preferred but Instruments Handling is compulsory  like Boreguage / Verneir Scale /Micrometer etc

–          Should be able to do Quick setup changes to meet the Production Targets with maintaining Tight Tolerances

–          Basic Knowledge in attending Alarms resetting while doing Programming / Machine Maintenance  

–          Should be Smart Learner
