Required Skills:-
The Resource should have 2-3 Years of Work Experience in Data Center IT Management
The Resource should have basic knowledge on Servers, Network in Data Center Management
The Resource will perform Backup tape management as per defined SOP and operate different
backup devices
The Resource will coordinate with Backup Vault Management Agency.
The Resource will manage and monitor the health of all products at each site and respond for
any incidents/problems observed with relevant Team/Vendors.
The Resource will Provide Support to onsite/remote support team for resolution of all incidents
for Remote Monitoring and Administration Support team.
Daily Assigned Responsibility :-
1.Physical monitoring of servers, storage, network devices.
2.Regularly visiting DC to check health status of the devices, temperature.
3. Any issue in devices, escalate to respective team and get it resolved.
4. Vendor management and coordination
5. Mounting and un-mounting of backup tape medias on daily basis to library as per customer tape
allocation list.
6. Performing offsite movement of backup tape medias
7. Data center emergency responses.
8. Networking site Cable connectivity
9. Supporting to customer requirements for smooth operation

Your primary focus will be to build relationships with prospective clients, promote the benefits of our data products, and close sales deals.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential customers in the financial industry who can benefit from our stock market data products.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within prospective client organizations.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of our stock market data to potential clients through presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
• Collaborate with the product and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of products for new clients.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management on a regular basis.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to stock market data.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree. A strong understanding of the stock market and financial industry would be preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at various levels of an organization.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects of data products to clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
