Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month – 60,000 per month 

Location : Zirakpur 

Onsite Position – Work from Office

Experience : 6 Month to 5 Years of exp.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bidding on various online portals (e.g., Upwork, PPH, Guru, Freelancer) to acquire new clients for the company.
• Handling technical questions and inquiries from clients, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Assessing client requirements and making informed decisions to meet their needs effectively.
• Communicating new product/project opportunities to existing and potential clients to drive business growth.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, development) to ensure alignment and support in client acquisition and retention efforts.
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven experience as an Online Bidder or similar role, with a track record of successfully acquiring new clients through online platforms.
• Strong understanding of online bidding processes and best practices on platforms such as Upwork, PPH, Guru, Freelancer, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
• Experience in the [Insert Industry/Field] is a plus.

 Manage daily accounting and banking activities.

 Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
 Handle all basic statutory filings – TDS, GST, PF/ESIC for the company
 Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice
processing, vendor management, and collections.
 Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries,
account reconciliations, and accruals.
 Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and
project management, to achieve company objectives.
