Website Maintenance
• Skilled WordPress developer who is responsible for both back-end and front-end implementation of WordPress themes and plugins as well as site integration and security updates
• Consistently update and maintain content on TriumpHealth website
• Ensure web content is optimized for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEM) and adhere to best practices for accessibility and user experience Social Media Management
• Create social media campaigns and posts with a mindset for increasing followers, engagement and brand awareness across our social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook) Digital Campaigns
• Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including GoogleAds, search engine optimization & marketing, and display advertising Analytics and Reporting
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and report on digital media performance
• Provide regular reports and presentations to sales and senior leadership to provide insights on continually increasing social media followers and website traffic
Job Requirements
• Proven work experience as a WordPress developer
• Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and content creation
• Professional experience implementing SEO best practices and GoogleAds campaigns
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Highly proficient with computers, especially Word and Excel
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Ability to work in night shifts

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR role.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the education or training sector.
Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
Experience in student placement or career services.
