Key Responsibilities
Lead the entire FPGA design process from conceptualization to deployment.
Develop and finalize innovative micro architectures.
Create robust and efficient RTL designs and block designs.
Integrate and troubleshoot hardware applications within multidisciplinary projects.
Ensure product excellence and adherence to delivery schedules.
Facilitate effective communication across departments including hardware, procurement,
and business development.
Engage with vendors and customers to optimize design specifications and requirements.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in VHDL programming and a deep understanding of digital design principles,
including static timing analysis and timing closure techniques.
Proficient with tools such as AMD Vivado and SDK, with an appreciation for Petalinux,
Verilog, and Quartus from Intel.
Extensive experience in high-speed interface design, cross-clock domain interactions, test
bench creation, and validation.
Skilled in synthesis, implementation, and the use of debugging tools like ILA/Signal
tap/Identify debugger for high-speed designs.
Knowledgeable in embedded processor architectures, programmable logic, and high-speed
design implementations.
Hands-on experience with on-board debugging, mixed signal design troubleshooting, and
interface protocols such as SPI, I2C, and high-speed memories.
Familiarity with Ethernet, PCIe, SGMII, Aurora, and LVDS interfaces.
Excellent command over programming languages C and C++.
Proficient with measurement equipment like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum
analyzers.
Additional experience in radar module design is considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate
the PVC raw material market in Ahmedabad and neighboring areas. Identify key
market segments, potential clients, and growth opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. Understand
client requirements, address their concerns, and provide customized solutions to
meet their needs.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and
market dynamics related to PVC raw materials. Conduct regular market research
to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business expansion.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and
deliver exceptional results. Provide guidance, training, and support to team
members to enhance their performance and productivity.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports on a
regular basis. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for
improvement. Provide timely updates to senior management regarding sales
achievements, challenges, and future prospects.
Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
with clients to ensure profitable business deals. Review and finalize contracts,
agreements, and other legal documents related to sales transactions.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering
quality products, excellent service, and timely support. Address customer
complaints and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and
regulatory requirements in all sales activities. Ensure compliance with relevant
laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Co-ordinate with dispatch team & arrange complete transport for dispatch.
Requisite Skills:

Should have sales experience.

High degree of self-motivation and ambition.
Skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
Capability to flourish in a competitive environment.
Proven track record of success in sales management, particularly in the PVC raw
material industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of PVC raw materials, market trends, and industry dynamics.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
