Implement strategies to optimize logistics operations and reduce costs.
Manage transportation logistics and import operations.
Demand Forecasting and Invent
ory Management
Conduct monthly demand forecasting for all models based on market trends and sales
data.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability across
branches
Implement inventory control procedures to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Oversee the distribution of inventory to various branches, ensuring timely and
accurate delivery.
Allocate inventory to branches based on demand and sales data.
Procurement and Purchasing
Manage procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of
goods and materials.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize the sourcing process.
Customs Documentation and Compliance
Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA) for accurate documentation of
international shipments.
Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations and standards.
Support for Sales Operations
Assist sales teams with accurate and timely product distribution.
Coordinate with the sales department to understand their requirements and ensure
smooth operations.
Ensure order processing aligns with established credit limits and payment terms.
Assist in after-sales decision-making to ensure smooth operations.
Performance Monitoring and Sales Target Tracking
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, inventory
turnover, and delivery times.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational
efficiency.
Monitor sales targets to ensure that inventory levels and distribution strategies align
with sales objectives.
Ensure optimum stock liquidity by closely aligning inventory management with sales
performance.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and operational efficiency to senior
management

In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that enhance our brand’s presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for graphic design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Roles and responsibilities
-Develop creative concepts and produce a wide variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website content.
-Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to design high-impact visual content that aligns with our brand identity
-Maintain and update the visual consistency of our brand across all marketing channels. Create and edit images, illustrations, and other graphic elements for use in digital and print media.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to continuously improve design processes and outputs.
-Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
-Work with external vendors, such as printers, to ensure the quality and accuracy of final printed materials.
-Troubleshoot design issues and ensure all projects meet our quality standards
Experience & Skills:
-Strong knowledge of graphic design principles and best practices.
-Minimum of 1 year of relevant graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or creative team.
-Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
-Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret and execute creative briefs.
-Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
-Experience in creating content for various platforms, including social media, email, and websites
