Job Description
1. Run Hardware & Software inventory scans using tools such as Manage Engine, Symphony
Summit etc
2. Work with Client Network/Security team for troubleshooting
3. Compile script output to Excel.
4. Report on Status
5. Export data in bulk for further processing by other systems
6. Fill in and maintain Software Entitlement / purchase data and records
7. Maintain Entitlement, Renewals and Expiry dates across multiple contracts /PO)
8. Do data lookup, summarization and analysis work using Excel. Knowledge of Excel based
dashboarding will be a plus.
Requirement – Technical Skillset
1. Basic to mid-level knowledge of system administration and networking
2. Familiarity with Asset Management tools such as Manage Engine, Symphony Summit , Snow
etc is preferable.
3. Having prior work experience in a Software Licensing services company will be a plus
4. 2-5 years relevant working experience
5. Excel proficiency – very good to expert level. Comfort in working with large data sets.
6. Rudimentary Knowledge of software licensing and subscription will be an advantage.
7. Understanding of basic SQL and database query will be an advantage.
8. Minimum Education requirement – Diploma, Engineering degree is preferred.
Requirement – Communication/Attitude Skillset
1. Language proficiency – English, Kannada(For Bangalore)/Marathi(For Mumbai), Hindi
(preferable – for Bangalore, mandatory for Mumbai)
2. Decent communication skill – both written and spoken
3. Problem solving attitude.

Job Role & Responsibilities
• Plan daily loads, manage equipment for pickups and deliveries.
• Scheduling pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
• Ensure all units are on schedule for delivery and pickup.
• Communicating with customers and responding to their queries (via phone or email)
in a professional and timely manner.
• Continually update customers as to the status of each order as required and solve
customer-specific issues.
• Coordinating with other departments to clear paperwork.
• Manage driver hours and ensure they are compliant.
• Performs related duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Job Requirements
• Experience with US Process and Inbound Calling preferred
• Experience working in Logistics industry will be a plus
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills

10. *Policy Development:* Develops and implements HR policies and procedures that align with the organization’s values, culture, and legal requirements.
