Roles and Responsibilities
Managing and controlling the entire operation and Maintenance
activities of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, soft service &
security services.
Supervise and manage the technical/housekeeping personnel at site,
and oversee all maintenance activities.
Required experience from Facility Maintenance industry.
Identifying and recording quality problems and recommending
solutions, Identify critical system, services, assets and ensure
necessary contingency plan in place to avoid downtime and
disruption of services.
Conducting site inspections, conditional assessment of assets,
assess HSE and operational risk and reporting.
Prepare contract specific PPM procedures, PPM schedule, method
statements, risk assessment, PPM Task sheet, etc.
Efficiently execute corrective and reactive maintenance, achieve
agreed service level agreements (SLA).
Handle escalations, emergencies and resolve all customer/client
complaints, prepare technical reports.
Ensure all work orders are tracked, updated and closed on a daily
basis.
Prepare plan for Annual power shutdown – LT panel, UPS, batteries,
DB’s, earth pit maintenance & get the work done through inhouse
team as well as vendors.
Taking care of General Administration, Soft Service, Budgeting,
Vendor & People Management.
Coordination with vendors to execute the work & get the work done,
thereafter processing of invoices.

cases, and user stories.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project
lifecycle.
5. Project Management:
Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and
deliverables.
Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan.
6. Quality Assurance:

7. Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related
field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and
documentation.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development
lifecycle.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous.

The objective of the role
Represent the company well when dealing with clients and officials
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Analyze the implications for current and future business, on account of proposed changes to the
law, report the same to the management, demonstrating a wider view that benefits the
company.
Coordination with different business verticals/ departments, support functions, operations team,
and site teams for the purposes of replying to claims against the Company
Contract Management – Proficiency in Contract drafting/ vetting from a legal perspective.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
Draft, proofread, and file or send legal documents, such as Drafting/ Vetting/ negotiations –
Drafting legal notices, MOUs/ LOIs, NDAs, Lease Deeds, etc., and other agreements with a
focus on Real Estate, Risk Mitigation, and final closure of the same during client calls.
Corporate Governance – Work with the Finance Department, external counsels, company
secretaries, auditors, etc. for corporate governance, secretarial work, etc.
Create and maintain case files, including producing and editing transcripts.
Keep abreast of regulatory developments and industry initiatives. Industry-specific monthly
legal updates.
Effectively manage the successful negotiation, drafting, and completion of complex corporate
transactions and contracts.
Coordination with different business verticals/ departments, support functions, operations team,
and site teams for the purposes of ensuring our representation before quasi-judicial; judicial
and regulatory authorities in the manner as directed or required, with emphasis on Real
Estate, Product, and Corporate Strategy .
Litigation Management – Coordination with external counsels and internal business departments for
litigation matters,
Skills and qualifications
Experience working in a relevant, fast-paced legal environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Work with the Real Estate and Product Team closely on Lease Deeds, Due Diligences, Landlord
Communication and Issues, Compliances etc.
Work with the stakeholders and the external legal counsel on managing litigation and ensuring
minimum adverse order against the company.
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (or other requisite word processing software)
Strong organizational skills
Preferred qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
Experience working with multiple departments simultaneously.
Experience working with Legal firms.
Experience using dictation and transcription software.
