Job role & responsibility : Identify potential students for given data and make then connect with counsellor for further process.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or generated lists.
2. Introduce our services to prospects and explain their benefits and features.
3. Answer any questions or concerns that potential customers may have.
4. Engage in persuasive and convincing conversations to drive sales.
5. Identify and qualify sales opportunities, recording essential information accurately.
6. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
7. Maintain a strong understanding of our services and stay updated on any changes or improvements.
8. Update customer information in the CRM system and ensure data accuracy.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies.
10. Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs and concerns.
Requirements:
1. Only female candidates.
3. Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is a plus.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
5. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
6. Goal-oriented and self-motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:
Experience of counselling students.
Manage the team of Telecallers
Thorough knowledge about universities, courses, entry requirements, visa process etc.
MAking aware about the courses.
Handling Leads.
Career Counselling.
Additional Requirements:
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree
Industry knowledge. Preferably working in sector or having prior experience in student placement sector.
Experience in developing business plans, budgets and skills to monitor, review and report on progress.
Strong problem resolution skills.
Experience in working with CRM systems will be desirable.
A strong, ethical manager who acts with integrity and in the best interests of the business.
Respects diversity in employees.
Good written and verbal English skills.
