REQUIREMENT OF EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / SECRETARY TO MD
 Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
 High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Integrity and professionalism
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
 Taking dictation from the Managing Director and sending letters & mails accordingly.
 Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
 Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
 managing databases & prioritising workloads
 answering telephone calls, maintaining diaries, arranging appointments, taking messages, typing and word processing
 receive, sort and distribute incoming mail & prepare outgoing mail for distribution
 handling correspondence, maintain office filing and storage systems
 update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
 retrieve information when requested
 organize travel arrangements for MD/Staff
 coordinate and organize appointments and meetings
 organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes) Education and Experience
 High School Diploma or equivalent
 competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
 internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection
 numeracy and literacy skills, flexibility, reliability, teamwork
 Short hand will be an added advantage.

Sales Pitch:
Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of each client.
Highlight the exclusivity and cultural significance of our handicraft products.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and communication.
Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer assistance in the purchase process.
Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales management team.
Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the details of each handicraft product, including materials, craftsmanship, and cultural significance. Continuously update knowledge on new product releases and collections.
Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from clients regarding their preferences, suggestions, and overall satisfaction.
Communicate feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings.
