Work Experience – Minimum 8 years in distributor appointment and channel sales
Work Profile – Executive needs to develop distributor channel for sales of industrial
lubricant products in given areas he is responsible for finding distributor data , cold call, making business plan, present business plan to prospected distributor, appoint
distributor, training of distributor and his team, basic help of distributor for his
secondary channel development, arrange trials, take orders from distributor , handle
technical and commercial queries of distributor & his team, place order to company, settle payment terms with distributor, payment follow-up, follow-up for repeat orders & complaint handling of customers, team development , team training.
Role & Responsibility- DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL DISTRIBUTORS IN ABOVE AREA
1. He will survey, do cold calls, telephonic calls and find out industrial distributors. Meet these distributors individually and then finalize these distributors for a particular territory in India with or without help of the senior.
2. He should have technical knowledge of Industrial lubricants.
3. Understanding of Pricing Policy- He should be able to explain the company business model to the distributors regarding pricing, delivery, payment individually.
4. Night Stays- He shall be able to do 15 No of Night stays in a Month and 180 in a year.
5. Experience – overall experience more than 8-10 years in the industrial lubricants egment and grinding wheel and tools etc.
6. Business- He should be able to give commitment to our company that in how much time he will be able to develop how much Minimum volume in industrial sales directly to distributors e.g. in 3 Months, 6 Months, Maximum 9 Months, 12 Months.
