Job role & Responsibilities

5. *Compliance:* Ensures that the organization complies with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. This includes managing legal requirements related to employment, such as payroll taxes and employee rights.
6. *HR Information Systems (HRIS):* Do research & buy HRIS software to manage employee data, such as payroll, benefits, and performance reviews, streamlining processes and ensuring data accuracy.
7. *Organizational Development:* Implementing strategies to improve workplace effectiveness, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
8. *Health and Safety:* Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and enforcing health and safety policies and procedures.
9. *Employee Engagement:* Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through initiatives such as employee recognition programs, feedback mechanisms, and wellness initiatives.
10. *Policy Development:* Develops and implements HR policies and procedures that align with the organization’s values, culture, and legal requirements.

Role Definition
A site supervisor is one who is responsible for efficient on site measurements and installations of furniture for Collins Wardrobes to achieve client satisfaction.
Responsibility Deliverable
· On site measurements
· Installation of Furniture on site
· Servicing sites where required
Tasks and Activities
· On site measurements
§ Accompanying BDE to site for taking on- site measurements with the following the format of the measurement Handbook.
§ Explaining all measurements to the design team to arrive at accurate site situation.
· Installation of Furniture on site
§ Arranging installers from the carpenter community to assist in furniture installations.
§ Reading AutoCAD drawings and directing the installers.
§ Ensuring that site is in workable condition and necessary tools required are available on site.
§ Recording are problems/ missing parts/ extra parts/ damages (from factory) to the design team.
§ Ensuring that all work on site is completed on time.
· Servicing sites where required
§ Visiting sites where customers are complaining about problems with furniture.
§ Recording are problems/ replacements/ damages reported in the furniture to the design team.
§ Ensuring that site is managed effectively.
Measurement Metrics:
§ Efficiency in taking site measurements.
§ Time taken for installations on site
§ Accuracy of installations
