This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Support professional located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.
The Software Support professional will be responsible for troubleshooting analyzing problems experienced by our customers. They will also be responsible for addressing customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing quality customer support.
You will be providing support mostly over emails / IM / phone calls. Maximum via emails. It is not typical online chat support.
Qualifications Preferable :-
Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills of any Software in the past
Experience in customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction
Should have worked on a Support Management Software (Freshdesk / Zendesk / Zoho etc)
Ability to analyze technical problems and provide effective solutions
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience in web and IT solutions is a plus
Experience working with customers to resolve technical issues is a plus
Should have experience of handling SLAs.
Experience
Atleast 1 year of working experience in Software Support
Good Written and Oral ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SHOULD is a MUST
