Job Description:
Should have follow ups skills
 Updating Customer data, Preparing Proforma Invoice of customers in company’s software.
 Responsible for providing back office support to the sales team.
 Responsible for handling incoming calls, preparing sales reports and other duties as and when required.

Knowledge and Skills:
 Strong verbal and written communication.
 Problem-solving skills & strong organizational skills.
 Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, frequent deadline environment.
 Proficiency in MSOffice applications.
 Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and compellingly with colleagues and management.
 A positive attitude, including a willingness to tackle problems through to solutions and an ability to
work both independently and across functional teams.
 Well versed in excel and MS-office.

Use database to call Prospects
Give an initial brief about the company and set up meetings
for Sales Executives
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them
about a product or service using the company-provided
scripts
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and
close sales
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

Enter and update customer information in the database
Collect and process orders in an accurate manner
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future
sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note other useful
information

Qualifications:
 Proven experience as telesales representative or in
any other sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales
quota, preferably over the phone
 Good knowledge of relevant computer programs
(e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
 Ability to learn about products and services and
describe/explain them to prospects
 Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to
resolve issues and address complaints
