Sales-
1. Overseeing Day-to-day inquiries along with follow-ups on it & coordination with the Internal
team for Quotations/ PIs and further sending the same to the Customer.
2. Maintaining and Updating Sales Reports and keeping a record on payment updates from the
Internal Team/ Track, Reminders & Follow-ups with the Customer.
3. Preparing and sending Newsletter/ Campaign on Mailchimp in coordination with designer and
technical team.
4. Order/Dispatch Follow-ups with Internal/ External Team.
5. Key customer inquiry follow-ups/ potential distributor appointments.
6. Budgeting for the Sales Team/ Distributor and follow-ups on the same.
7. Marketing Plan/ Activities including online & offline.
8. Stock Analysis and data preparation.
Marketing-
1. Day to Day Posts/ Content for all posts/ captions/ campaigns.
2. Social Media Calendar for both Supertek & BrewLab.
3. Linkedin Reach/ Mailchimp
4. Ad Contents/ Video Concepts/ Photoshoots etc.
5. Competitor Analysis/ Market Research.
6. Overseeing digital marketing initiatives including website management, SEO, email marketing,
social media marketing to optimize online presence.
7. Coordination with photographer/ units/ designer for preparing content for corporate branding.
8. Coordinating with external e-commerce agencies and fulfilling their content requirements.
9. Preparing corporate presentations if and when required.
Ideal Candidate-
1. Should have bachelors in science background + MBA in Sales & Marketing.
2. Must be willing to travel if and when required.
3. Having experience of 2+ years would be greatly beneficial.
4. Exposure to the Science Industry is an added advantage.

Purpose :-
An international business development manager – IBDM is expected to take care of expansion into international markets. IBDM is to find opportunities for the business to expand by researching market trends and developing partnerships with key international partners.
IBDM is to pitch SDS product range to potential clients and negotiate favourable terms.
IBDM will conduct administrative tasks such as tracking financial transactions and logistical support.
IBDM will devise a business plan to expand SDS business into newer geography, enhance revenue and product basket
and return healthy margins.
What is IBDM expected to do?
IBDM will help SDS business grow by generating revenue and establishing positive relationships with
clients across international territories. IBDM will conduct market research and analysis to find new
business and client opportunities, generate and pursue leads, develop sales pitches and techniques,
reach out to clients to offer products and services, arrange appointments, and negotiate terms with
potential clients. IBDM will focus on growing business vertically and horizontally to garner higher
margins.

IBDM Responsibilities :-
Conduct high-level market research to develop effective sales solutions
Promote the company’s products and services to prospective clients
Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
Provide continuous, constructive feedback to Leadership Team
Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products and services
IBDM Qualifications :-
Graduate/Post Graduate in any field of Science
Management Degree from a reputed institution

Exposure to International Markets for minimum 3 years
