Capable to increase the sales through proactive sales and negotiation techniques.

Attend clients and explain the project thoroughly such as plans, layout, amenities, Ticket size, and
payment schedule etc.,
Preparing and maintaining weekly and monthly database of walk-in customers.
Excellent communication, Negotiation, and closing skills.
Meeting with CPs and keeping strong follow-up and generating references from visitors / closed
clients.
Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled period.
Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets to achieve set personal targets.
Initiate leads through B2B and B2C sales calls and by leveraging existing networks to understand
their property requirements.
Deliver sales numbers as per business plan, in terms of both sourcing and closing – ensure
completion of sales targets consistently through the year.
Ensure cross-selling to enhance sales value productivity with existing customers and client
Relationship Building.
Coordinate with various departments (Customer Care, Sales Teams etc) to ensure exceptional
customer service. Systems and Process Compliance.

Role & responsibilities –
Independently study the detailed drawings like architectural, Structural and MEP and should
demonstrate to the contactors and the team
Should coordinate with different stakeholders like architects, consultants, and other joint
promoter representatives.
Need to understand the quality requirements of the company and implement the same in the
execution
Should have hands-on experience in the aluminium formwork and study the shell plan and
implement an error-free structure
Knowledge of different design mix of higher-grade concrete and willing to learn new technology
Thorough knowledge of finishing works. Also, the ability to study the minute details.
Need to coordinate with the structural consultant independently and resolve the detailing issues
to run the site smoothly
Adaptability to the fast-working culture and ability to resolve bottlenecks quickly
Work closely with the safety team to ensure compliance
A problem solver and push the work as per schedule and within the budget
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate Civil Engineer with minimum 8 to 15 years of experience
Experience in villas, Gated Community & Them formwork
Technical skills
An eye for detail
The ability to solve problems and think on your feet
Project management skills
Awareness of building and health and safety legislation.

Establish and maintained good relations with all clients
Convince clients for Site Visit.
Aggressively follow up for site visits.
Follow up post-site visit for feedback.
Network with customers.
Regularly follow up for bookings.
