Major Role and Responsibilities: –
Visit customers in Delhi NCR and generate enquiries. Handle existing customers in the region.
Submit proposals and follow-up with customers.
Target based sales achievements
Ensure that RFQ’s are processed accurately, completely and on time.
Understand the Technicalities of different products as per customer requirement and suggest them suitable products / Model.
Consultancy with customers on technical points to offer optimal solutions.
To be part and coordinate with the team for various new product additions and marketing strategies.
To be part of technical clarifications and meetings with customer and vendor/suppliers.
Work closely together with the sales team, sales manager and other sales and marketing related functions in a team.
Select the best choice of product to fit the customer’s needs and values in the best way.
Payment follow-ups and collection for assigned areas.
INDUSTRY PREFERENCE: –
Worked in any channel partner sales department who are covering Steel / Heat Treatment (Automobile)
/ Metals / Glass / Rubber & Plastics industries.
PRODUCTS: –
PID Controllers / Paperless Recorders / Thyristor Power Controllers / PLC / SCADA/HMI / Control Panel.
BRANDS WORKING ON: –

Required a suitable and experienced candidate with the ability to work in an internationally
dynamic, fast-paced environment. The associate has to deal with Australian customers and
insurance companies, hence having strong English communication (written and verbal) and
negotiation skills. Developed PC and customer service skills are also essential for success in this role.
Candidates who have lived/ worked in Australia, New Zealand, or Overseas are preferable.
Previous experience within an international voice process in customer service or the call centre
environment will be looked upon favourably.
Qualification:
Minimum Qualification – Graduate / Post Graduate
IELTS Exam scores would be a plus.
Knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
Timings:
Summers – Monday to Friday 4:30 AM to 01:30 PM IST
Winters – Monday to Friday 3:30 AM to 12:30 PM IST
Responsibilities and Duties:

in Australia.
Other ad hoc administrative duties as required by the management
Experience:
Minimum 3 to 6 years work experience in BPO, International Call Centre would be an advantage

effectively address customer and dealer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
6.**Feedback Management**: Gather feedback from customers and dealers and rely it to the relevant
departments within the company to help improve products, services, and processes.
7.**Relationship Management**: Cultivate positive relationships with customers and dealers, ensuring
their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
8.**Training and Support**: Provide training and support to dealers as needed, ensure they have the
necessary knowledge and resources to represent our products effectively.
**Qualifications**:-
1.**Experience** : 3-4 years of experience in a similar customer –facing role, preferably in a sales or
customer service environment.
2.**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
convey information clearly and professionally.
3.**Problem Solving Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of
resolving customer and dealer issue effectively.
4.**Product Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of our products and services, as well as the ability to
quickly learn about new products and updates.
5.**Empathy**: Demonstrated ability to empathize with customer and dealers, understanding their
needs and concerns.
6.** Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document
interactions and ensure that all issues are properly addressed.
7.**Teamwork**: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from various departments to resolve
customer and dealer issues.
8.**Customer Orientation**: A customer –centric mindset and a genuine desire to provide exceptional
services to customers and dealers.
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
**Technical Qualification**: Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power-Point, Internet, Email, Windows 7 &
