We are seeking to hire a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter.
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to
fill various positions.
Responsibilities:
Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media,
and professional networks, to attract and engage potential candidates Screen resumes, conduct
interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles Evaluate resumes,
interviewed, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, and solicited feedback to refine
recruiting strategy Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidate experience and qualifications
Pre-screen resumes prior to sending them to corporate hiring managers for consideration. Build and
maintain a strong pipeline of talented candidates for current and future hiring needs

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement UI designs and ensure a seamless userexperience.
Usability Testing:
Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights on design effectiveness.
Use testing results to refine and enhance user interfaces for optimal usability.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.
Collaborate effectively to ensure alignment between design and development processes.
Responsive Design:
Design interfaces that are responsive and adaptable to various devices and screen sizes.
Ensure consistency and optimal userexperience across different platforms.
Accessibility:
Advocate for and implement accessibility best practices in design to ensure inclusivity for all users.
Stay Current with Design Trends:
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
Integrate relevant trends into design processes to maintain a modern and innovative approach.
Documentation:
Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and specifications.
Ensure that design assets are organized and easily accessible for collaboration.
Communication:
Effectively communicate design ideas, concepts, and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Professional Development:
Pursue continuous learning opportunities to enhance skills and stay at the forefront of UXdesign trends.

Responsibilities:
Joining our team, you will play a crucial role in conducting comprehensive financial
analyses, preparing and assessing P&L statements, and AR and AP analyses.
Collaborating with our global valuation experts, you'll apply CAPM and DCF
modelling for investment assessments. Industry knowledge and understanding of
market trends. Proficiency in MS Excel, and MS Word & good communication skills.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or pursuing CFA
designation is a plus.
– Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within a global consulting
environment.
– Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and valuation
methodologies.
– Proficiency in MS Excel and MS office applications.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
– Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
