Job Summary: We are looking for a competitive and self – motivated Sales Executive to help
us build up our business activities. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and
pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals & achieving organisation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and existing
customer base.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Set up meetings with potential clients and understand to their wishes and concerns
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Ensure customer visits for sales and demonstrations
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or more, proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (IT
hardware industry will be preferred)
Proficiency in English, Telugu & (Hindi will be advantage)
Knowledge of MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Job Description:-
Experience in selling Instrumentation products and systems Like Pressure regulators, Control valve, Selling pressure systems, test systems, Fittings, Filters, Flow Meters, Gauges, Solenoid Valves, , Hoses, Tubing of SST, Leak Detection, is preferred Selling experience to Refineries, Chemical, Petrochemical plants is a major requirement.
Experience With companies like ABB, Emerson, Yokogawa, Axis or similar etc will also be welcome, especially with SAMPLE Handling Experience People To avoid Small time dealers to be avoided.
Anyone who has not been in the field traveling for the last 1 years No production people needed, without 1 years sales experience No software, SCADA, PLCS ,people . ( only mechanical or Mechanical Instrumentation )
English proficiency is critical Not been in a designated Area for at least 3-5 years.
They should not be of MNC mind set and should understand the advantages in terms of learning they can gain and the responsibility that a
a small company can offer – it should be a long-term career move.
One of our main criterions is to have a long association, we want to retain our people for many years and hence the candidate must be at a point where
he is ready to settle down, it should not be his first job.
He must be very clear that he wants to make a career in Industrial sales and Marketing, there should be no other type of ambitions like going to the middle
east, software, owning a business etc.
He must be medically fit and ready to travel. If an individual has any dizziness or nausea of looking at mobiles during travel should inform prior.
He must declare in advance any courses or school he is attending, and he should be needy for a long-term opportunity.
Must have excellent knowledge of the Sector ( Refinery /Chemical/ Petrochemical,Some Companies to look at: Refinery but looking to get into sales ( RIL, HPCL, BPCL, OPAL etc ), Analytical companies like MG Analyser, Adage, Spirare, Axis, ABB, Yokogawa, Emerson , Swagelok, parker Other potentials – but must have exposure to( Refinery /Chemical/ Petrochemical – Valve Companies, Pump manufacturers, Lubrication
companies gas Companies BURKERT , BOC, LINDE , INOX AIR PRODUCTS, PRAXAIR, AIR LIQUIDE, Bhoruka Gas , K Air, SWAGELOK ( ALL India ), PARKER, GCE
DRUVA , CIRCOR GROUP ,Also look for other Valve Manufacturing companies, Flow meter manufacturing companies, Automation & Engineering companies / Service providers etc.
