Job profile – Centre Manager / Executive is all about managing the operations at the office space. He/she will ensure all SOPs are followed and supervising day-to-day opeartions of the centre. Ensuring best customer service to all the clients base through effective relationship management and rapport building. He/she is required to understand overall operations of Mysoho centre and Community culture and must work closely and learn from community managers. He/she should brief the support staff daily for overall smooth operations of the centre.

Your job profile:
o Identifying manpower requirements & discuss with HR Head for further actions.
o Creating Job Descriptions in discussion with management & department heads.
o Efficiently manage the process of posting job openings on various portals & fetch suitable candidates.
o Sourcing candidates, reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates & discussing the profiles with department heads / management.
o Liasioning & negotiating with external sources like recruitment agencies, Colleges, Job Portals etc. for closing positions on time.
o Arranging Interviews using various means & at desired locations and handling the recruitment process.
o Perform 1 st level screening of candidates as per our requirements.
o Allocate seats, arrange required resources timely & judiciously to new joinees.
o Design Compensation & Breakups for various profiles as per our L&G
o Maintaining Time Office, O.T., Leaves, Attendance, Salary records & forward them to accounts section after approval by management for timely disbursal of Salaries.
o Manage Staff Loans and Advances & forward to accounts department after approval by management.
o Manage Employee benefits like Insurance etc.
o Continuously work on employee relations & promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
o Plan various employee engagement activities.
o Work on Employee Retention & Conducting exit interviews with outgoing employees.
o Creating and managing schedules, meetings, H.O. visits by guests, interviews, and other HR activities.
o To maintain complete confidentiality of all assigned tasks & jobs.
o Other assigned tasks as allocated by your supervisor.
Qualifications:
Able to handle Blue-Collar & White-Collar Workforce.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master degree preferred).
Experience preferred in a similar HR role.

Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial
stability.
Drafting budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by
regulatory authorities.
TDS, GST & other Statutory Returns
MIS Reports related to Accounts
P&L Balance Sheets and respective reconciliations
Other accounting tasks & Bank Compliances
Tax Assessment, Auditing and filing of tax returns
Sale purchase & Inventory audits & Internal accounts Audit
Managing the risks involved in the financial activities of the business.
Estimating short and long-term financial objectives by setting performance targets.
Compiling financial reports and supervising month-end processes.
Drafting procurement processes and signing off on purchase orders.
Managing and monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the financial department.
Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
Providing training to staff members regarding financial processes.
Assistant Finance Manager Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
A good understanding of financial management obligations, especially statutory obligations and
requirements.
Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
Proficiency in financial planning software such as Microsoft Excel and SAP, TCS
The ability to work independently
