Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales Team.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and
understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and
competition status
To provide training to team.
To achieve targets in given timeline.
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concern.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services and accordingly
preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Building, maintaining and managing the sales process through specific CRM software.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Participating in sales team meetings.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Requirements and skills
Bachelor degree in business administration or a related field. (Masters preferred)
3 years’ experience required.
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently
meeting or exceeding targets.
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all
levels of the organization.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Excellent monitoring, coaching and people management skills.
Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor.
Ability to handle the team.
