Responsibilities & Duties
To manage the company’s pay per click campaigns under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
Undertake required analysis and A/b testing to identify relevant and strong keyword searches in order to optimise campaign success.
Creating targeted campaigns including writing required copy and testing landing pages.
Working with relevant internal and external stakeholders to create copy and other creative content.
Working closely with email marketing and sms marketing
Provide regular reports on performance metrics and market related insights.
Analyse, monitor and report on competitors PPC campaigns including key words being targeted.
Manage and monitor spend to ensure it is in line with the assigned budget.
Keep up to date with market and technology related developments.
Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
Relevant previous experience and success within a similar PPC or Digital Marketing focused role.
Current knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing software and tools.
Strong analytical ability and experience to work with a variety of data sources.
Strong Excel experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with the wider team.

– Utilize advanced targeting options and ad formats to maximize campaign effectiveness.
– Implement conversion tracking and other relevant tracking mechanisms.
3. Budget Management:
– Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
– Regularly analyze and adjust bidding strategies to align with campaign objectives.
4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
– Regularly analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
– Provide detailed and insightful performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations.
5. A/B Testing and Optimization:
– Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve overall campaign performance.
– Implement ongoing optimizations to improve ad relevance, quality score, and conversion rates.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and analytics teams, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
– Communicate campaign performance, strategies, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in communications/media or related
– Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and online advertising trends.
– Proficiency in utilizing Google Ads and Meta Ads interfaces and tools.
– Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
– Strong communication and presentation skills.
– Certification in Google Ads and Meta Ads is a plus.
