Roles and Responsibilities:

– Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll.
– Develop employee recognition and rewards programs.
– Oversee and manage employee wellness and safety programs.
– Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
– Provide HR support and guidance to employees.
– Negotiate and manage labour contracts and collective bargaining agreements.
– Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes.
– Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
– Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.
– Develop and maintain positive relationships with government agencies and employee unions.
– Work on admin activities and daily tasks.
Requirements:
– Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Human Resources or a related field.
– Experience in HR, payroll, training, or organizational development.
– Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent knowledge of electronics and mechanical repairing of scientific and industrial instruments. Repair at board level. Computer networking. Skilled to with installa ons of so ware to operate instruments.

Past Experience
Experience in customer support of scientific & industrial equipment, Research, laboratory or process instruments, industrial machines, technical services, industrial consumables, industrial automa on products etc. Preferred Domain: B2B Direct Technical Sales to pharmaceutical & biotechnology, scientific & industrial research Ins tutes.
