Accounts Manager
Brief Job Description:
A PR future leader with previous experience of leading reputation management for brands while leading a
team of 5-10 PR professionals. Candidates who are based in or can shift to Chandigarh would be preferred.
Previous experience of working in a Regional PR organization/having worked on Regional PR campaigns
would be ideal for this position.
Detailed R&R :
Being the interface between existing clients and media, from developing strategy to overseeing execution of campaigns
Leading a team of 5-10 PR Executives/ Sr. PR Executives to achieve expected goals for the organization
Leading reporting and analytics for your team’s set of clients
Ability to understand the problem at hand and figuring solutions to deliver expected results
(Consultant’s approach rather than just being a PR manager)
Leveraging and maintaining existing media relationships while cultivating new ones as required
Content creation as required
Ability to develop SOP practices and ensure they are followed
Working with consultants to develop specific learning modules for relevant skill sets of your team
members.
Skills Required:
Relevant experience of 3-5 years in PR (Agency experience would be preferred)
Understanding of Regional PR/Media and experience of executing Regional PR campaigns
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Relevant education in PR/Mass Comm would be preferred (Not mandatory)

EXPERIENCE
➢ 5 years of experience in business development or a related role. ➢ Strong verbal and written communication skills. ➢ Ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly. ➢ Proficient in negotiation techniques and contract management. ➢ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ➢ Ability to analyze market trends and customer data. ➢ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. ➢ Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and company priorities. ➢ Leadership qualities and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. ➢ Should be a dynamic, strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to foster positive relationships with clients and internal teams. Must be adaptable, goal-oriented, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. ➢ Proficient in using technology and software relevant to business development activities. ➢ Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
