Sales Executive Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or
meetings or via telephone etc
Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market
Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social
media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

Requirements and skills: —
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in Government and EnterpriseSales
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Bachelor’s /Master degree or equivalent sales experience.

Job Information
We are looking to hire an experienced or Fresher, customer-oriented Pre Sales Executive to utilize inbound
and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The Presales Executive’s responsibilities include cross selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer
inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received. You should also be able to liaise
with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints
To be successful as a Presales Executive, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure
environment. Ultimately, a top-performing Presales Executive should be able to follow sales scripts as well as
demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote our projects.
• Understand and communicate the features and benefits of our properties to potential clients.
• Build and maintain a database of leads and update customer information.
• Schedule appointments for site visits and coordinate with our sales team.
• Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent and positive communication channel.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs and requirements.
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with real estate market trends and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated
Qualifications:
• Having good work experience as a pre-sales executive, or similar roles in companies/businesses.
