Growth strategy and Content Research
Coming up with new and clicky titles concepts that will make audience click and
watch the video and planning of how to present it in a best way in the video.
Being up to date with the competition channels by regular research and watching
videos from other channels.
Continually coming up with new content strategies for maximizing growth.
Team management
Managing production: managing team in such a way so that schedule and video
quality are taken care of
Doing Quality Checks and giving constant feedback for Scripts, Voiceovers and video
such that overall video quality is increased.
Giving clear instructions to thumbnail artist for making a simple, clicky and attractive
thumbnail for the best CTR.
YouTube SEO and uploading
Doing the SEO of the videos such that it will rank on YouTube and gain more views
and help to grow channel.
Uploading and maintaining the upload schedule for the Channel
Develop Skills and knowledge:
Learning new skill and knowledge regarding making better videos by watching
tutorial videos, attending courses, and constantly implementing feedbacks from the
audience.
Learning communication and personal skills to manage team in a better way.

Responsibilities:
Edit raw video footage into compelling, high-quality videos that align with our brand's style and tone
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop video concepts and ideas
Add special effects, transitions, music, and sound effects to enhance the overall production value of
videos
Ensure videos are optimized for online viewing, including aspect ratio, colour correction, and
compression
Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends and techniques to bring new and innovative ideas to
the table
Ensure all videos are edited in a timely manner and meet deadlines
Ensure all videos meet YouTube's guidelines and standards for monetization
Requirements:
Proven experience as a YouTube Video Editor with a portfolio of work demonstrating your skills
Excellent knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
Knowledge of special effects and motion graphics
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality and aesthetics
Education: A degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field is preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Write scripts for TRUE CRIME NICHE
Research and gather information to incorporate into the scripts
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that the scripts align with our brand voice and tone
Ensure that the scripts are engaging and entertaining for our viewers
Continuously improve the quality of the scripts through feedback and self-reflection
Can write at least 1500 -2000words script per day
Strong writing and storytelling skills
Knowledge of video production and storytelling techniques
Familiarity with YouTube and its audience
Genuine interest in TRUE CRIME NICHE
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Creative, innovative, and a problem-solver
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask
A portfolio showcasing your writing skills is a plus
