A successful Barista Trainer will perform the following job responsibilities:
Demonstrates competence in preparing and serving various coffee drinks and teaching Trainees to prepare and serve drinks, as well as all menu items.
• Oversees Trainee performance of essential functions related to café drink preparation and other café operations service.
• Assists Trainees with understanding proper customer service skills, safety procedures, cleanliness of work areas, and expectations associated with community employment.
• Establishes person-cantered planning for Trainees through job accommodations, individual service plan team collaborations, natural supports, and mentoring.
• Observes best practices and organizational standards as noted in the Employee Handbook • Performs other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Profile – Regarding sales achievement, fixing target of distributors, doing secondary sales on industries & automotive with distributor team, distributor area mapping etc.
Role &Responsibility-
DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL DISTRIBUTORS IN ABOVE AREA
1. He will survey, do cold calls, telephonic calls and find out distributors. Meet these
distributors individually and then finalize these distributors for a particular
territory in India with or without help of the senior.
2. He should have technical knowledge in following specially.
a) Soluble Cutting Oil – He should know applications related to cutting, honing,
grinding, He should be able to use refractive index, analyze the life of the
cutting oil through various methods, should be able to analyze the
application and suggest appropriate cutting oil and how to use it.
b) Neat Cutting Oil – he understand application and recommend product as per
the requirement and if needed try to develop new product from the
company.
3. Understanding of Pricing Policy- He should be able to explain company business model to the distributors regarding pricing, delivery, payment individually.
4. Night Stays- He shall be able to do 15 No of Night stays in a Month and 180 in a year.
5. Experience – overall experience more than 8-10 years in lubricants segment only.
5.1 He should have done technical sales of industrial lubricants directly to
industries for 5 – 6 no of Years.
5.2 He should have experience of appointing Lubricants distributors individually
for7 – 8 no of Years.
5.3 He should have relations with 60% of the distributors in mentioned States and his relationship score should be minimum 5/10 on these distributors.
6. How we operate- We sell only to distributors which means we do not sell directly to industries.
