Purpose of this role:

Candidate will be responsible for managing and executing delta hedging strategies to minimize risk exposure
associated with options trading. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, options pricing, and risk
management techniques. The Dealer of Delta Hedging will work closely with traders, risk managers, and quantitative
analysts to implement effective hedging strategies and optimize the firm’s overall risk profile.

Responsibilities:

 Execute delta hedging strategies to minimize options position risk, ensuring the portfolio is properly hedged against market fluctuations.  Monitor market conditions, volatility, and option pricing models including Black-Scholes and other commonly used models to assess risk levels accurately and make well-informed trading
decisions.
 Analyze market data, including option Greeks and implied volatility, to assess risk exposure and optimize hedging strategies for the options portfolio.
 Maintain accurate records of trades, positions, and profit and loss (P&L) related to delta hedging
activities for comprehensive reporting and analysis.
  Work with risk management and quantitative analysts to develop and enhance delta hedging models and tools, incorporating industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments for improved risk
 anagement.

• Monitoring and handling litigations under various laws.
• Advising Management of legal issues related to business activities.
• Providing variety of transactional and documentation support on legal issues in the business functions.
• Providing legal support to various business functions.
• Should have exposure in compliance management with respect to corporate governance.
• Proactive identification of legal risks in the conduct of business and to provide solutions.
• Must be a Leader and very good in Planning & Execution of Legal strategies.
• Liasioning with Police / Investigating Authorities relating to legal matters of the Company.

Industry Exposure Required

16 – 20 years of experience in a reputed Law firm or as Independent Advocate, out of which at least 4 – 5 years of working Advocate level in reputed Law/Legal Firm      .
Good personality and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A team leader with analytic, proactive and problem solving approach.

Skillset

Must have done Law from good college/university
Then must join law firm and worked 3+ yrs and then 15+ years exp in Law firm as advocate or independent practice
candidate must be handling  matters with Delhi District Courts , Expert knowledge with Civil, consumer, labour laws & criminal matters & Laws
