Responsibilities:

·         Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong

·         relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms,

·         and ensure supplier performance meets or exceeds

·         expectations.

·         B2B Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to

·         understand client requirements, prepare quotations, and

·         assist in closing deals. Provide technical and product

·         knowledge support to clients.

·         Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market

·         dynamics, and competitive pricing. Conduct market

·         research to identify new suppliers and product

·         opportunities.

·         Procurement Process: Oversee the end-to-end procurement

·         process, from initial sourcing to order placement, tracking,

·         and delivery. Ensure compliance with procurement policies

·         and procedures.

·         Quality Control: Work closely with suppliers and clients to

·         address any quality issues, defects, or non-conformities

·         promptly.

·         Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procurement

·         transactions, contracts, and vendor communications.

·         Generate reports as needed.

·         Cost Optimization: Explore cost-saving opportunities

·         through negotiation, supplier consolidation, and process

·         improvements.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial

·         sourcing and procurement, with a strong

·         understanding of the B2B sales process.

·         Excellent negotiation, communication, and

·         interpersonal skills.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and

·         procurement software.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·         Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work

·         independently and as part of a team.

·         Knowledge of industrial supplies and materials is

·         a plus.

·         Certification in supply chain management or

·         procurement (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CPM) is a

·         bonus.
