Roles & Responsibilities
1. Implementation of policies and procedures related to various sections like; – purchase, repair maintenance, medicine stock order delivery, medical file audit, material shifting, patient feedback, patient emergency, doctor movement follow-up and coordination, and opening and closing of hospitals.
2. Monitoring the quality indicators like patient turnaround time on a timely basis.
3. Should have complete knowledge of random audits/checks in the hospitals.
4. Maintaining various worksheets for smooth operations and monitoring them on a regular basis.
5. Making, Reviewing the reports shared by the area managers and making a compiled report of all pending issues for completion.
6. Analyse budget and expenses to find opportunities for cost-effectiveness and profitability.
7. Evaluate the performance of staff members during the appraisal cycle by HR.
8. Preparing training modules for the center staff and imparting training with coordination of HR.
9. Finalization of the candidate by evaluation based on written exam and interview on real- time field training.
10. Coordination with the area manager for keeping all Hospital Licenses, building, Fire, BMW, Pollution, and pest control agreements up to date with respect to renewals.
11. Liasoning with administrative and district authorities for various hospital-related works whenever required.
12. Ensure satisfactory inspections by various authorities in coordination with area managers whenever required.
13. Resolve all issues arising in their respective centers.
14. Responsible for motivating the staff for smooth operations.
15. Monitoring inventory log of hospitals in coordination with the Finance department.
16. Random check of their staff and patient records.
17. You are responsible for organizing and managing complete patient records at centres.
18. Organize regular meetings with area managers to discuss updates, issues and
business opportunities.
19. Any other tasks assigned by area manager or Management.

Job Responsibilities
• Sound knowledge of CIVIL, CRIMINAL, COMMERCIAL, CONSUMER DISPUTES, LAWS RELATING TRADE MARKS, COPYRIGHT & OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND LABOUR LAWS.
• CIVIL, CRIMINAL LAW & LABOUR LAW knowledge MUST be very good.
• Should have thorough knowledge of contract/agreement drafting
• Excellent Legal Drafting skills are MUST.
• Must be good at Case Law Research in software research like Manupatra, SCC Online, DLT Online, LJ Soft, etc.
• Ability to interact independently with Advocates, Govt. and Police Authorities.
• Must be having capabilities and competence to head Legal Department of the Company.
• Monitoring and handling litigations under various laws.
• Advising Management of legal issues related to business activities.
• Providing variety of transactional and documentation support on legal issues in the business functions.
• Providing legal support to various business functions.
• Should have exposure in compliance management with respect to corporate governance.
• Proactive identification of legal risks in the conduct of business and to provide solutions.
• Must be a Leader and very good in Planning & Execution of Legal strategies.
• Liasioning with Police / Investigating Authorities relating to legal matters of the Company.
Industry Exposure Required
16 – 20 years of experience in a reputed Law firm or as Independent Advocate, out of which at least 4 – 5 years of working Advocate level in reputed Law/Legal Firm .
Good personality and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A team leader with analytic, proactive and problem solving approach.
Skillset
Must have done Law from good college/university
Then must join law firm and worked 3+ yrs and then 15+ years exp in Law firm as advocate or independent practice
candidate must be handling matters with Delhi District Courts , Expert knowledge with Civil, consumer, labour laws & criminal matters & Laws
