Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Generalist with a strong background in both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent while also ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations within the organization. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes, and overseeing various HR operational functions.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
· Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
· Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
· Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
· Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
· Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
HR Operations:
· Oversee day-to-day HR operational activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
· Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
· Administer HR programs, including benefits administration, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management processes.
· Coordinate and conduct employee orientations and training sessions.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data.
· Partner with cross-functional teams to implement HR policies and procedures consistently.
Collaboration and Communication:
· Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
· Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
· Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the company’s values and culture.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
· Proven experience in talent acquisition and HR operations, preferably in a senior or lead role.
· Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
· Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Purpose of this role:
To join the core team responsible for handling the International event by
securing the sponsorships from the Big Corporates, Government bodies and other International
organisations and ensure the organising of the event successfully.
Responsibilities:
Public Relations Strategy:
Execute comprehensive PR strategies to promote our event, increase media coverage, and
generate enthusiasm.
Identify target media outlets, journalists, and influencers to build relationships and secure
media coverage for the event.
Create compelling press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to effectively
communicate event information and key messages to the media and the public.
Media Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and manage all media relations
activities.
Coordinate press conferences, media interviews, and other media-related events to
maximize media exposure for the event.
Prepare the key personnel for media interactions, ensuring they are equipped with key
messages and talking points.
Sponsorship Acquisition:
Develop a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to attract and secure sponsorships from
potential sponsors.
Identify and research potential sponsors aligned with the event's objectives and target
audience.
Prepare sponsorship proposals and pitch presentations tailored to the needs and interests of
the big corporations.
Conduct meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups with prospective sponsors to secure
sponsorship agreements.
Ability to give presentations to senior bureaucrats and other international bodies and boost
the importance of the event.
Event Promotion:
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and implement effective
promotional campaigns for the event.
Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content
marketing, and online and offline advertising to maximize event reach and engagement.
Collaborate with local vendors and event promoters and get the best results out of them.
Qualifications:
Bachelor 's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in public relations, media relations, and sponsor acquisition, preferably in
the event management industry.
Experience in event promotion, digital marketing, and social media management.
Excellent data management skills
Flexibility to travel
Track Record of Acquiring Funds and Sponsorships.
