Responsibilities:
Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
Track performance of all marketing campaigns
help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press or on the radio
work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
produce creative content, including videos and blog posts
run social media channels
organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
source and secure sponsorship
liaise with designers and printers and organise photo shoots
arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
maintain and update customer databases
Lead the marketing programs for branding and lead generation
develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

• Taking charge of the headcount requirement and assisting in hiring, as and when required.
• Training, grooming, mentoring and performance management of the junior team members.

• Study the ongoing economic events in the global capital market. Help the team in developing
and writing research reports and publications to be presented to global clients.
• Any other work streams as required for the growth and development of the Business.
Qualification and Skills Required:
• CA/MBA Finance/ MA Economics/ M.Com. with prior work experience of 8-10 years.
• Experience of 5-7 years working in a Global Client Support role within the Financial services
industry.
