Roles & Responsibilities
1. Implementation of policies and procedures related to various sections like; – purchase, repair
maintenance, medicine stock order delivery, medical file audit, material shifting, patient
feedback, patient emergency, doctor movement follow-up and coordination, and opening
and closing of hospitals.
2. Monitoring the quality indicators like patient turnaround time on a timely basis.
3. Should have complete knowledge of random audits/checks in the hospitals.
4. Maintaining various worksheets for smooth operations and monitoring them on a regular
basis.
5. Making, Reviewing the reports shared by the area managers and making a compiled report
of all pending issues for completion.
6. Analyse budget and expenses to find opportunities for cost-effectiveness and profitability.
7. Evaluate the performance of staff members during the appraisal cycle by HR.
8. Preparing training modules for the center staff and imparting training with coordination of
HR.
9. Finalization of the candidate by evaluation based on written exam and interview on real-
time field training.
10. Coordination with the area manager for keeping all Hospital Licenses, building, Fire, BMW,
Pollution, and pest control agreements up to date with respect to renewals.
11. Liasoning with administrative and district authorities for various hospital-related works
whenever required.
12. Ensure satisfactory inspections by various authorities in coordination with area managers
whenever required.
13. Resolve all issues arising in their respective centers.
14. Responsible to motivate the staff for smooth operations.
15. Monitoring inventory log of hospital in coordination with the Finance department.
16. Random check of their staff and patient records.
17. You are responsible for organizing and managing complete patient records at centres.
18. Organize regular meetings with area managers to discuss about updates, issues and
business opportunities.
19. Any other tasks assigned by area manager or Management.

Job Responsibilities
● Conduct meetings with potential architects and interior designers to introduce them to our company and its product offerings
● Present and showcase our products and designs to architects, interior designers, and individual clients to drive interest and potential business partnerships
● Drive visits to experience centers
● Convert showroom walk-ins and visits into sales by providing detailed product information and design presentations
● Interact with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, translating them into customized Modular Kitchen and Wardrobe designs
● Oversee the delivery of all necessary presentations and working drawings to clients
● Oversee the project quotations for clients while ensuring zero errors
● Effectively present the kitchen and wardrobe designs to clients, negotiating and closing deals to secure sales
● Oversee the coordination of orders with production facilities
● Identify and provide design solutions for any site constraints that may arise during the project
● Ensure adherence to product standards and specifications during the design process
● Collaborate with site supervisors to ensure pre-installation checks and works are carried out efficiently
● Visit project sites during installation to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns
● Manage and maintain client relations to foster long-term business partnerships
● Oversee all showroom operations, including generating and analyzing MIS reports
Qualifications and Experience
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
● Excellent English speaking and writing skills
● At least 3 years of relevant work experience in sales
● Knowledge or background in interior design will be an advantage
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
● Strong negotiation and closing skills
● Reasonable familiarity with Microsoft Excel
● Self-starter with a proactive and result-oriented approach
● Willingness to travel within Mumbai and other cities in India
