Job Overview:
As the Head of Human Resources for the Indian office, you will be responsible for the Human Resources department for India and US. You will be responsible for recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development for the Indian and Us offices, and that will include the hiring and employee relations process for all our restaurants in the United States. You will collaborate closely with the US operations team and other key stakeholders to ensure the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and aligned with the company & values and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute Hiring Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive hiring strategy to meet the staffing needs of our US and Indian offices. This includes workforce planning, candidate sourcing, and selection methodologies.
• Recruitment and Selection: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Indian and US positions, from job posting and candidate screening to conducting interviews and making final selections. Ensure that the hiring process is fair, transparent, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
• Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top talent for various roles, including restaurant managers, chefs, servers, and other team members. Utilize both traditional and innovative recruitment methods to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Employer Branding: Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to enhance the company& employer brand and ensure our reputation as an attractive employer in the restaurant industry.
• Onboarding and Orientation: Collaborate with the Indian and US operations teams to develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
• Performance Management: Support and guide the Indian and US management in implementing performance management processes and providing continuous feedback to employees.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues as needed. Maintain a positive work environment and foster a culture of open communication and mutual respect.
• Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices and HR activities comply with relevant Indian and US labor laws, as well as the company& policies and procedures

Qualification:
B.Tech/B.E/Diploma. – Electrical (Preferable) or any Specialization with 6 plus years relevant experience
Diploma – Any Specialization with 8 plus years relevant experience
Written and Oral and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS -Excel is a must

Scrutinize the requirements on enquiry and design the technically competent & cost- effective estimation.
Study/review of technical documents, scope of work, drawings, BOQ, specifications, client’s requirement and etc. from the enquiry documents for proper estimation of works.
Identifying and quantifying all cost factors involved in the project.
Designing of Electrical Drawings/ preparing as-built drawings.
