Qualifications and Experience Levels:
B Tech/Diploma in Electrical engineering engineering.
8-10 years’ experience in design department having vast knowledge in designing
electrical products, experience of industries dealing in power sector/Indian
railways preferred.
Design- Electrical Products
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the management of all Design activities including Request for
Quotations (RFQs), Design freeze / release, Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis
(DFMEA), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Design Verification/Product
Validation (DV & PV) testing and Computer-aided engineering (CAE)
Liaise closely with all departments to fully understand design requirements
Respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from the Sales team
Conceptualise new designs and design revisions
Create detailed costed design blueprints
Provide support to production to improve lead times
Improve reliability performance to reduce or eliminate warrantable issues in the field
2D auto cad and 3D CAD solid works to produce designs, drawings and models
Create a range of 3D models for a number of proposal/production and
development systems, products, and components using CAD/ applicable software.
Prototyping
Identify and implement design improvements (functionality, cost, design for manufacture)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Deliverables for the role
Managing a team of 10-12 Sales Officers
Responsible for origination of loans (both secured LAP and unsecured Business Loans).
Achieving the branch’s sales and collections targets.
Building and managing relationships with Channel partners and other external stakeholders
Engaging with relevant authorities and departments for Case Approvals. Escalating the case wherever required.
Engaging with Credit, Operations & Clients for effective & smooth case closure.
Providing regular service to the customers and taking care of their future needs.
Assist risk and credit teams in portfolio risk management.
Collections from overdue customers
Hiring, retaining and training the team to achieve strong growth in the locations under coverage
Responsible for overall cost management and policy compliance at the Branch.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
8 – 12 years of relevant sales experience in the NBFC / Banking industry
Exposure and understanding of products in LAP & Unsecured Business Loans / Small Business
Loans segments.
Should have worked for at least 5 years in relevant market

3. Audit and Assurance:
Conduct internal audits to assess financial controls and compliance with company
policies.
Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for annual

Identify areas for improvement and recommend internal control enhancements.
4. Financial Analysis:
Analyze financial data, trends, and performance indicators to provide actionable insights
to management.
Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
Assist in making strategic financial decisions based on data analysis.
5. Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure compliance with state and central regulations and reporting requirements.
Maintain awareness of changes in accounting and tax regulations and adapt processes
accordingly.
6. Financial Management:
Provide financial guidance and recommendations to management for cost reduction
and revenue enhancement.
Monitor cash flow, manage accounts payable and receivable, and oversee financial
transactions.
7. Software Proficiency:
Utilize accounting software and tools for financial analysis, reporting, and compliance
purposes.
Qualifications:
1. Chartered Accountant (CA).
2. 3-6 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or tax consulting.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
4. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally & SAP).
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong ethical and professional conduct.
