Brief: We are looking for a qualified community manager to join our team. Our Ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and can develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. Ultimately you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.
Responsibilities: – Defining community management & building strategy. Brand and influencer engagement – related initiatives. Contribute and execute new ideas and organize meetings with regional influencers to promote brand.
Developing the community strategy- from building the brand identity to onboarding members offline and online, you’ll have to think about multiple personas.
Experience launching community initiatives (E.g., building an online forum. Launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
Moderating the content on the community platform Social Media Management.
Build and maintain relationships with important community leaders
Developing and managing social media, digital footprints and community platforms.

Qualifications:
0-2 years of industry or related customer service experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, is essential.
Exhibit exceptional customer service skills coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills are paramount to managing tasks efficiently.
Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Aptitude for establishing fruitful relationships and collaborations within the community.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
Display excellent critical thinking and adeptness at resolving complex challenges.

JD:
– Strong base of Accounting.
– Good knowledge and experience in the advanced level of Tally ERP9/ Tally Prime.
– Must have prepared and filed GST returns using Tally Prime.
– Knowledge of GST

– Should have done GST and Bank reconciliations
