Requirement :
· US Sales International (Voice & Chat – Inbound Process )
· Selling flight ticket to clients via booking system ( GDS – Amadeus )
· Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports

Required Skills:
· Knowledge of GDS Amadeus.
· Possess excellent communication skills and strong business telephone communication skills.
· Should be open to work in rotational shifts.

Brief: We are looking for a qualified community manager to join our team. Our Ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and can develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. Ultimately you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.
Responsibilities: – Defining community management & building strategy. Brand and influencer engagement – related initiatives. Contribute and execute new ideas and organize meetings with regional influencers to promote brand.
Developing the community strategy- from building the brand identity to onboarding members offline and online, you’ll have to think about multiple personas.
Experience launching community initiatives (E.g., building an online forum. Launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
Moderating the content on the community platform Social Media Management.
Build and maintain relationships with important community leaders
Developing and managing social media, digital footprints and community platforms.
