Job Profile / Skills –
1. Overall Profile is over telephone & Manufacturing Unit.
2. The Person will coordinate as per requirement between various departments in the
Manufacturing Unit, Collect MIS, Define Processes /Standard Operating Procedures,
Monitor the procedures etc.
3. The Person will develop New Vendors, Coordinate and get resolved Computers,
electricity, Machinery, Other Problems with existing Vendors.
4. The Person will maintain Diary or preferably in soft copy list of all the tasks given by
the Director and coordinate within or outside the organization to complete these
tasks.
5. There is no fixed task of the person, he will be operating in all departments. His major
work will not be related to production /Dispatch, but he can be involved with existing
team to do all the works in the manufacturing unit.
6. He should not resist for any work or should not say NO for any work given to him. All
(100%) works will be supervisory given to him.
7. Person should have excellent verbal communication skills, training skills to the team
members, understanding the standard operating procedures.
8. Handling Tasks of Quality assurance where he will be defining new procedures so that
the existing quality standards of the organization can be improved.
