JD:
Develop business plan and strategy for achieving the Company’s
projected sales goals and profitability.
Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
Establishing effective communication for successful execution of
the market/client requirements.
Prepare action plans for effective search for sales leads and
prospects.
Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that
all parties are on track with requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Qualified in performing through-hole and surface mount soldering (SMT).
Experience in cable harness assembly.
SMT rework using soldering station & hot air gun.
Repair & maintenance of PCBA boards.
Interactions & coordination with PCB assembly house.
Good hand on with electronics components. PCB assembly and manual soldering.
Sourcing and fabricating replacement parts for electronic systems.
Certificate of completion for the IPC will be added advantage.
Travel to different locations and sites for service and maintenance
