Job Description-
1. Experience in Clinical Pharmacy functions in a good healthcare establishment and a useful base experience of patient counseling on medication
Customer Orientation: .
1. Etiquette, Empathy, listening skills and good bedside manners
2. Disease and applicable Pharma knowledge
3. Good written and verbal communication including reporting accuracy
4. Adherence to time schedules and processes including safety procedures
5. Must have the ability to learn and retain complex material, pass tests demonstrating product and disease-related knowledge and deliver content to Customers verbally in a clear, effective and accurate manner in strict compliance with regulatory and other requirements.
6. Ability to read, comprehend and explain medical reports and prescriptions in relation to the Product / Service provided.
7. Ability and willingness to travel locally
8. Requires morning and evening flexibility as necessary to meet customers’ schedules and coordinate accordingly
9. Detail-oriented, even when faced with highly repetitive tasks

Operations Head – Job description
The Travel Operations Head manages all aspects of travel operations including reservations, ticketing, travel coordination and customer support, and also handles tour assignments. Shall have overall control over day-to-day operations.
Should be service-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills, guides the operations teams to address any customer feedback and vendor management issues. Should be able to think clearly in emergencies and ensure smooth tour operations in accordance with schedules.

➢ Agent Ads and familiarization trips
➢ Brochure Management
➢ Conduct training on service standards for employees.
➢ Develop corporate governance measures.
➢ Develop disaster relief, incident and contingency guidelines.
➢ Develop safety and security guidelines for developed schedules.
➢ Ensure accurate and timely reporting of vendors’ performance.
➢ Ensure tour operations follow regulations including visa and immunization requirements.
➢ Evaluate how latest technology trends can be leveraged on to improve productivity and innovation.
➢ Evaluate performance of travel operations teams.
➢ Gather and analyze feedback for operational improvements and product development.
➢ Implement department’s recruitment and retention efforts.
➢ Manage budgets in accordance with work plans.
➢ Manage customer issues and disputes.
➢ Manage escalated contractual issues with existing vendors.
➢ Monitor adherence to service level standards by vendors.
➢ Monitor vendors’ adherence to safety and health guidelines at sites.
➢ Optimize effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns
➢ Prepare and implement Sales Plan, promote and market the business, sometimes to new or niche markets
➢ Propose budgets for management approval.
➢ Provide on-the-job training to staff.
➢ Recommend improvements to customer service experience.
➢ Review customer demand data to support the product and experience development department.
➢ Schedule tour guiding assignments based on fit and availability.
