Job Description
Coordinate with sales team by managing their communication with customers, coordinating their orders, managing important documents and communicating relevant information internally or with customers
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales head is unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and solve their query/note their queries
Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers. Preparing PI, sending to customers, sending reminders for payments
Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Respond to complaints from customers and coordinate with Production, Dispatch, After Sales, Transporters, etc. to provide correct update on progress of orders.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Take initiative into researching new markets for the company products. Maintaining database of potential customers, Calling them & receiving calls from customers. Manage queries from Indiamart and other
Skill Requirement
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
2 or more years experience in sales administration or coordination
Good team development and leadership skills.
Computer literacy. MSOffice proficiency is a must
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills. Proficiency in English
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
