Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Job Description
· Work with Account Managers to understand the executive needs of our clients.
· Source and Screen for multiple Qualified Candidates for each exclusively assigned position in the USA.
· Assist candidates through the interview process by providing additional information and following up with clients on the hiring process
· Input Candidates into the internal tracking and database system
· Meet or exceed monthly goal expectations for revenue and candidate submittals
· Candidate must have strong communication skills and fluency in English speaking, listening, and writing.
· Candidate must work on USA timings.
The candidate must be proactive in searching new clients and opportunities and be a self starter in the field who can reach out to prospective clients and candidates with minimum or no guidance.

Develop business plan and strategy for achieving the Company’s
projected sales goals and profitability.
Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
Establishing effective communication for successful execution of
the market/client requirements.
Prepare action plans for effective search for sales leads and
prospects.
Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that
all parties are on track with requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Gathering market information, analyzing and summarizing relevant
information.
Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed
of the impacts on schedule and budget.
Requisite Skills: The successful candidate should be an energetic, effective,
self- starter with strong verbal and written communication skills.
