Job Description
About the Role
Manage the Enterprise Accounts and BFSI sector for Western Region in India and based out of
Mumbai. The role entails building long term relationships with C Level executives in customer
organizations, partners and build the InfraOn brand. Work closely with Channel Managers to create
strategic go to market initiatives to increase Channel share of wallet and pipeline.
Responsibilities
Manage and own West Enterprise & BFSI Vertical
Meet quarterly/Annually booking commitment goals by setting strategies and through diligent
lead follow-up, mining the installed customer base and prospecting.
Personally manage large government opportunities.
Participate in the sales cycle as needed to collect requirements, formulate delivery approach,
and develop a proposal/post-sale engagement plan.
Establish relationship with partner at all organization levels including senior executives.
Ensures partners are compliant to EverestIMS partners programs and other necessary
regulations while engaging in Enterprise accounts.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge and ability to articulate our value proposition; ability to
train sales managers to implement this within the sales organization
Define account and opportunity planning processes and develop new initiatives to improve
revenue and increase market potential and lead sales management in developing execution
strategy.
Basic Qualifications
Should have worked in the mid-market accounts and managed direct sales
Good understanding of and passion for software/solution sales required
Experience in results-oriented environment with external customer interaction required.
Demonstrate ability to manage the business by the numbers. Must be metrics-driven.
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express
thoughts logically and succinctly.
Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is preferred with 5-8 years of relevant work experience
